Membranes of the mind by Jolanta Brach-Czaina

The book addresses the richness of our relationships with the world. The relationships between man and nature, the mutual interpenetration. In a metaphorical way, it introduces the female reality. The author poses the questions: Who am I? Who is a man today?

Membranes of the mind by Jolanta Brach-Czaina became the inspiration for creating a series of illustrations, which I then returned to the source. I wanted the resulting forms to reflect feminine subtlety and delicacy. The realm of the female body becomes a place where ordinary and everyday stories are told. There is a unique meaning to each surface of the female body. I try to give it an emotional expression. Typesetting, on the other hand, is supposed to reflect the nature of crochet work. The whole is a mystery that we try to untangle through a deeper study of the book.
